About Us!

Flashback DJ Entertainment is about making your event the way you want it, and giving you a great time to remember.
​Starting out back in the Early 2000's as "Flashback DJ Service", it was passed over to Josh Olalde in 2013 from his Family. With the name changed from "Service" to "Entertainment", Josh continued to make it all about the guests of the evening, making sure the dance floor is busy and everybody is having fun. Constantly adding and changing the lighting system for each event, as well as the addition of new and old popular music from Today's Hits and your favorite classics.

Why Are We So Cheap?
Easy. We find that in the midst of all the excitement of planning an event, sometimes the DJ is overlooked and thought about at the last second (it's okay, we're not offended). So what are you going to do now? Don't worry, because we offer fair prices especially to those who are on a tight budget, and to those who sometimes forget about us. :) Trust us, you won't want to forget about the entertainment.

How Do You Go About Booking Us?
No Problem! The best way is by contacting us on Facebook at Facebook.com/FlashbackDJEntertainment or by giving us a call or text @ (937)-772-1299. Give us your name or the name of who the event is for, the date of the event so we can see if we are available that day, and of course a phone number to reach back to you.

Do We Sign A Contract?
Absolutely! The first time we meet, I will provide an Application and a Terms of Conditions contract for you to fill out and sign. At the time of booking, we do require a deposit of at least 1/2 the total cost, just to make sure we secure the date for you. This also helps us with getting any extra things we may need to get to make your event special, like extra cords, extra bulbs, etc.

Do We Take Requests?
This is a question that most DJ's prefer to avoid because of lack of resources to obtain certain songs. But Yes, We Do. If we have it, we will certainly play it as long as it's been approved by the Event Planner or Booker. If we don't have it, we will try what we can to get it as soon as possible. Typically we ask the person who is planning the event to provide us with a list of songs that they know they want to be played. Once we analyze the lists, we make a playlist. The playlist never stays the same. Depending on the crowd reaction, our playlist is consistently changing throughout the course of the event. So even if we make a playlist that looks stale, don't worry, it won't stay that way.
